Lois Langbein, Office Manager

Lois Langbein joined Critical Insights in 2004. As the Office Manager, Ms. Langbein is in charge of office management, assists with human resources and client customer service. In addition, she prepares and hosts focus groups and provides administrative support for the Critical Insights staff.

Previously, Ms. Langbein worked with URS Corporation as an Administrative Assistant and at L.L. Bean as Administrative Assistant to their International Department. She is an active member and former President and Director, of the Portland Chapter IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professional's) organization.

She is currently a member of the Maine State Music Theatre “Angel's” and volunteers her time in various ways to Habitat for Humanity/Bath Brunswick Chapter and the First Parish Church in Brunswick.

Ms. Langbein graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration.
